Subject: Renewal of R. Visa requirements, Requirements for the New Family Visa & The requirements’ of the Security pass Renewal

Dear Colleagues,

Please find below the documents required (in color) for Residence Visa Renewal, New Family Visa & Security Pass Renewal .

The requirements of the Residence Visa renewal are:

v PAR request form signed by the employee.

v Original Passports.

v HIV test from Ghayathi hospital.

v Health Insurance (clear & big sized) copy.

v 4 Photographs. (WHITE Back ground) without any eyeglasses.

P.S: The employee should attach his passport copy when the visa renewal is related to his family & has to write his home country full address including a valid phone number either in the PAR form or in a Separate paper.

The requirements for the New Family Visa are:

v PAR request form signed by the employee.

v Clear Passport Copies for the Family members and for the employee (Sponsor).

v Marriage & Birth certificates to be attested from UAE embassy in your home country & from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Abu Dhabi.

v 2 Photographs each for the family members only. (WHITE Back ground) without any eyeglasses

P.S: The employee has to write his home country full address including a valid phone number either in the PAR form or in a

Separate paper.

The requirements of the Security Pass Renewal are:

v      PAR form signed by the employee.

v 2 Passport Copies.

v 2 Security Pass Copies. (Large and Clear on the same page)

v Identification Form. (Fully Printed in color using PC) for non-Arabs & filled by handwriting for Arabs.

v 4 Photographs recently taken. (RED Back ground) without any eyeglasses .
